Interview #014 with Dr. Erin from Vermont Thursday May 28, 2020

Topic of discussion: Ready to transform and what that means to you?

I just love her voice. So soothing. You can hear the growth of knowing who she is in her voice. Transformation. What a great topic. Both she and I came up with that unique topic. Transformation= SHIFT. Love this. Make sure to take notes because this was a good one. Self-reflection is so important during this transformation. If you are done with settling where you are in work and life, think what is my next step. Then think how do I get there or who can help me to get there. They would have a strength in an area you need help with. Love it. She said we are all perfectly imperfect. So true. Transformation may be not easy but it should not be a slog and agonizing is what she said. Loved when she said the ability to learn how to laugh and to have amusement is what helped her get through the hard times. You are not going to want to, but transformation is about letting go of the old. So true. If you want to change but look at all that you can’t do or have, it would feel like punishment instead of opportunity. She had a moment of clarity in her early 30’s that stopped her in her tracks on the train. She said she was on the wrong track. With a great support community and tribe, she was able to change everything, including her practice, and work on herself. She had to grieve her old self and had to allow other to grieve also. WOW. Choose you.
