Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us here at Connecting Through memoirs Podcast LTD. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.


Our Policy:

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to $75 USD.
     

  • If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient to you.
     

  • We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
     

  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency,  50% of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

Products:

The products that Connecting Through Memoirs Podcast LTD.  sell are to help support the continuation of the podcast. However, we understand that sometimes, orders can be placed by mistake and the incorrect size has been paid for.

If you need to cancel your order or wish to  choose another size, we respectfully request that you do this in no less that 24 hours after you have placed your order.


Our Policy:

  • Any cancellation made in more than 24 hours will result in your order being fulfilled. Reasons being that we aim for fast shipping and handling once the product is in stock between 1 and 3 working days.
     

  • If you wish to change the size because you accidentally selected the incorrect size, we strongly advise you to send an email to us at info@podcastlifestories.com along with your order number and the correct size in no more than 24 hours in order for us to fulfil your order and change the size to the size you wish.
     

  • Cancelled orders will be refunded back to the credit card used to place the order. This will take between 3 to 7 working days.
     

  • All products are shipped with DHL and are insured.
