Interview #013 with Jamila from Nigeria (Africa) Tuesday May 26, 2020

Updated: Jun 17, 2020

Topic of discussion: What Is The Difference Between Living And Existing?

I am so excited to have Jamila from Nigeria back again with us today. The topic truly hits home with her as you will soon hear in this interview Episode #013. Right away she hit the nail on the head when she said yuppie haha. So cute. She said people are living for others and not for themselves. So basically existing. So true. She also said when you are gone and you do not have a good relationship with your family, not even they will miss you. DEEP! Make sure to leave legacies that will transcend generations to generations. This is living. She continues to state that if you are not part of the problem, you are part of the solution. Creating a solution to an existing problem is a great way to leave an impact on the world. I love when she said that being regular does not create an impact. She reminded me about Thomas Edison and his quote; I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

Love this indeed. She says living is about learning and being open minded. So true. She says keep asking Why and How Can I Do This Better? When she was younger, she was told that she always spoke with wisdom far beyond her years. She says that you have no idea just how far your words can travel. People can be impacted and look for hope for a better tomorrow because of what you said. To start living, Jamila says, sort your inside out. That way you will not care what anyone else says because you are focused on your goal. When you learn how to live, those doubters will then turn to you to ask you how to live.
